‘I don’t care who plays the Doctor. I don’t care who the companion is. I don’t care who the Doctor falls in love with, or marries. I think there are more important things to the Whoniverse. I’m not going to let a ship, or lack of a companion and actor get in the way of my enjoyment of the show.’

‘I don’t get it when people say that Ten was the most “human” of all the Doctor’s regenerations. First off, we don’t know what aliens are like. We’ve never met any. So who says that an alien has to act crazy or childish or zany in order to be an alien? Don’t get me wrong, I love all of the Doctors, including the ones like Eleven who tend to act in a way that’s more obviously strange. But it’s been established in canon that even other Time Lords thought that the Doctor was weird, and they’re aliens too, so it’s not like that’s what is normal on Gallifrey. Also, why do things like love and friendship have to be treated like they’re exclusive to humans? Personally I’m not a Rose/Ten shipper, but I often see people cite this as a reason for Ten being so “humanized”, and it baffles me. Not to mention, Ten had plenty things that made him eccentric. I just don’t buy the idea that the Doctor has to show these eccentricities all the time in order to be properly “alien”.

The argument is over. We can all go home now!

‘I know this is just my opinion, but I think “The End of Time” was the worst of Ten’s adventures. RTD could have sent him off laughing manically, triumphant and remaining golden in fans’ minds forever, but instead he made him angsty and moaning about how he was going to die even though he had been through the process NINE TIMES BEFORE. RTD really destroyed Ten in my eyes with this episode. I just hope Moffat doesn’t make that mistake and sends Eleven out laughing and shouting ‘Geronimo!”

ACCURATE!

‘I’d like for there to be a vigilante-style character on Doctor Who. Someone who isn’t exactly bad, but isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.’

So…
River Song?
Jack Harkness?
Martha Jones?

Yep already think these characters have at least for some time in the series, fulfilled the confessor’s wish.

‘I wish that ten’s last words were “Allonsy.” Not as exciting as he usually says it but accepting his passing.’

“I don’t want to go” really puts a damper on the whole regeneration montage for me and brings down the whole second half of End of Time part two. Why did RTD have to angst all over the last Tennant!Special? WHY?

And I personally don’t want Benedict Cumberbatch in Doctor Who.
