Oh my God. I finally understand why Circular Gallifreyan looks the way it does
They’re time lords. They are literally writing with time.

“Failure” transforms into “Fighter”
For a very long time there was nothing I was even remotely good at and I felt terrible. It took me a while to discover that the only way to learn anything was to devote yourself to it for a long time, years even.
I used to think I was a failure but I just needed time.
I have wanted to do something like this for a while but never got around to it… and now I don’t feel bad at all because wow this is so inspiring and artistic and yes.

“One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
I declare a time war.
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight,
Daleks scream “EXTERMINATE”.
Nine,
Ten,
Eleven,
Twelve,
The Doctor died and Silence Fell.
Twelve,
Eleven,
Ten,
Nine,
there he goes back in time.
Eight,
Seven,
Six,
Five,
saving everybody’s lives.
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
grab her hand and whisper “Run.””for tattoo-girl
It starts in the middle and reads outward. clockwise ironicaly. I like clockwise better than anti-clockwise. I also really like clocks, the ones with the gears that you can see are awesome but I’m off topic now.
Wow I’m so glad I finished it. But with something this big I just know theres an error somewhere, even after my letter by letter spellcheck. Still I’m very happy with it. I thought about putting all the numbers in big sentance circles but I didn’t think it would look as good, and luckily sentance circles are very quick and easy to make as opposed to time consuming letters.
This is too glorious
FUCK DO YOU REALIZE HOW LONG THIS WOULD’VE TAKEN OMFG
CAN I MARRY YOU YOU SEXY INTELLECTUAL FUCKER
THIS IS CIRCULAR GALLIFREYAN PORN UNF

Fuck off, you subhuman twat!
#apply directly to mitt romney
Well we’d need to tweak the phrase to say robot impostor twat.
Except with Klingon, the producers of Star Trek went and hired linguists to build a language, make it as strange as possible so as to seem more alien, and made it canonical and consistent within the series.
Circular Gallifreyan has no consistency within the show, the only rules are the ones that vary from fan to fan, and it is nothing more than a writing style at most (though I think it wasn’t even that) with no real grammar or anything. Because, you know, learning the alphabet is basically the same as mastering English grammar, right?
Otherwise I see your point.
I definitely prefer the look of Gallifreyan over Klingon. Though actual Klingon script looks cool vs the “Anglicized” Klingon.
I would kill for spoken Gallifreyan in Doctor Who. Maybe the translation powers in the TARDIS go on the fritz?

Asylum of the Daleks prequel [x]

The Sonneteer. A Time Lord.
Along the top is a couplet in iambic pentameter that might eventually become a full sonnet. Her pants contain two more of my sonnets.
The background is her name in Circular Gallifreyan.
