I think everyone needs to chilla about this Jenna girl being a companion. We won’t even see her until Christmas. That’s 9 months away, reserve your judgement until then.

‘I don’t get it when people say that Ten was the most “human” of all the Doctor’s regenerations. First off, we don’t know what aliens are like. We’ve never met any. So who says that an alien has to act crazy or childish or zany in order to be an alien? Don’t get me wrong, I love all of the Doctors, including the ones like Eleven who tend to act in a way that’s more obviously strange. But it’s been established in canon that even other Time Lords thought that the Doctor was weird, and they’re aliens too, so it’s not like that’s what is normal on Gallifrey. Also, why do things like love and friendship have to be treated like they’re exclusive to humans? Personally I’m not a Rose/Ten shipper, but I often see people cite this as a reason for Ten being so “humanized”, and it baffles me. Not to mention, Ten had plenty things that made him eccentric. I just don’t buy the idea that the Doctor has to show these eccentricities all the time in order to be properly “alien”.
The argument is over. We can all go home now!

‘I know this is just my opinion, but I think “The End of Time” was the worst of Ten’s adventures. RTD could have sent him off laughing manically, triumphant and remaining golden in fans’ minds forever, but instead he made him angsty and moaning about how he was going to die even though he had been through the process NINE TIMES BEFORE. RTD really destroyed Ten in my eyes with this episode. I just hope Moffat doesn’t make that mistake and sends Eleven out laughing and shouting ‘Geronimo!”
ACCURATE!

‘I regard the Doctor as one of the finest role models their is. He shows compassion, empathy, courage, humour, self-sacrifice and a desire for peace, equality and justice. I wish more people would listen to his message.’
with a side of genocide… for some reason people are faster to forgive him than most criminals.

‘The only god I believe in is The Doctor
In nomine medici (uno, duo, tres, quattuor, quinque, sex, septem, octo, novem, decem, undecim)

‘Screw Rose and River. The one the Doctor always has and always will love, the true “Doctor’s Wife,” is the TARDIS.’
They’re all strays ;)

‘When people I don’t know ask me where I’m from, I say Gallifrey. It’s my secret way of finding fellow Whovians. Plus, I really want to be form Gallifrey…’
That is so cute.

‘Midnight has to be my favorite episode from 10 because it showed how ugly the huamn race really is’
Someone stole the words right out of my mouth! So glad I’m not the only one who thinks this way. I like to think this is the doctor who version of 12 Angry Men, don’t ask me why though…

‘I get frustrated when half the fandom jumps on the “Benedict Cumberbatch as the next Doctor” bandwagon. He’s already basically *playing* the Doctor. Moffat writes Eleven and Sherlock the exact same way: almost pathologically socially awkward yet brilliant ramblers. The same character stretched across 2 tv shows. I wish fandom would wake up sometimes.’
…And then there’s the Moffat quote describing Sherlock as a Human trying to be a God and the Doctor as a God trying to be a Human.

‘I like to think that the reason I find Eleven to be so much more emotionally distant than Nine or Ten is because each regeneration is affected by the circumstances prior to it, and Ten regenerated completely alone.’

‘I think that people who say that RTD is better than Moffat watch show for the relationships, not for sci-fi and time-travelling.’
There’s a kernel of truth but it seems really cruel to say it that way. Plus there were some relationships in the 2 years so far of Moffat!Who… though they did take a back seat to the scifi elements a lot. Maybe that’s the difference between the two show runners, which theme takes precedence. When the show changed hands the order of the themes changed.
