Crazy dream where the time war happens on some deserted tropical island and the Doctor still manages to escape right before a ring of fire destroys everything. But he promises to come back and he does after he leaves Donna. He finds life has returned, especially a few of the natives who saved him and he got onto a nearby island before the fire came. So he hangs out for several years and builds up...

My cousin is gonna be startled tomorrow morning when my alarm goes off. Still using the app from that radio show where David Tennant hangs out. He’s my alarm :)

Anonymous asked: Where he needs to be and where he wants to be are two different things though, she controls him but he can't really control her, that's what I was saying. And he had no way of knowing that she had always taken him where he needed to be until that episode when she could talk to him, he just thought that she wasn't letting him do what he wanted.

Anonymous asked: They communicate enough, but they can't really, or else he would have been able to fly her perfectly fine from the beginning but he's never ever really been able to keep a handle of her. He only gets to where he wants to be about 30% of the time I think is what Four said.

Anonymous asked: That was supposed to be "she's" I was just typing on my phone so it came out horribly. :) That's what I've assumed River was, the huge thing she had to tell the Doctor was "hello" and she has River to say it for her since she can communicate with him.

I learned how to ski in eighth grade. I was old...
and I like to think that I ski pretty well for someone who only goes once a year. (I forget what number this is)

I love that my follower count has remained the same despite the draught of content. I love my followers even more. I’m up in Maine for the new year so there will be even more of a draught until Monday night. But I’m not leaving until Friday.

Popped out of the shower with a fully formed Voyager/Who crossover playing out in my head. It’s going to be an /interesting/ day. I hope I get a chance to write it out.

doctorwho: via Anglophenia: If you’re new to the Whoniverse, or have only come to enjoy the show since the relaunch, there’s a new ebook, compiled by the Guardian, which seeks to bring together the whole story, from the show’s earliest years to the modern day, with one eye on the reactions from critics and audience alike. So...The God Complex, Amy's Faith, the Doctor's...
martinusmiraculorum: Not crying, but definitely shaking with emotions. This is unquestionably one of the most thematically and emotionally charged episodes of NuWho, and in my humble opinion, it’s all done pretty damn well.  Read More The God Complex is fast becoming my favorite episode of the season (even edging out The Doctor’s Wife *gasp*) and reading this only reaffirmed my...

Happiness is running into doctor who fans who give recommendations for classic who serials as you browse the DVDs. Guy has every episode and loves Smith over Tennant because of the romance factor and the fact that Smith seems much more alien. So I asked him about River Song but he hadn’t finished season 6. Poor guy is in for a shocker. Proceeded to buy another Tom Baker episode. 40% off :)

Why the Doctor loves Christmas:
jedidoctor: I have always wondered why an alien would be so attracted to an Earth holiday. And he doesn’t just love it, he really really loves it. The Doctor loves every bit of it. The snow, the decorations, the lights, the tree, everything. But why? Christmas is a very human holiday, but that’s just it isn’t it. The Doctor loves humans and humanity, so it makes sense for him to love a holiday...

Were you the Dungeon or the Dragon?
I don’t really get the comedian’s ragging on his Dad so much but Graham’s line was hilarious.
